Water Damage Caused By Toilet

The owner of this house was out of town when the water feed line to the toilet broke. Neighbors called after noticing water flowing under the front and back doors. The home owner called SERVPRO to meet with the adjuster the next day. Crews immediately walked through the damage and called the customer letting them know what to expect and what next steps should be taken to mitigate the damage. The first picture was taken after hours of the crew removing wet drywall and insulation. The second picture was after everything was cleaned up and drying equipment was placed.
