Commercial Carpet Cleaning

How often should you clean commercial carpet? It depends on usage.  In this case we have beautiful carpet in a banquet hall. Weddings, various events, golf outings and general traffic. Food is served directly from the kitchen which brings grease off the tile floor onto the carpet.  As you can see from the photos there is a drastic before and after.  This carpet is cleaned once per year when it should be cleaned 3 times per year. We prespray a degreaser, scrub with a rotary nylon brush and steam clean to extract the grease.  This is an extreme process for heavy buildup.
